Soft-cover book (front)
Hand bound soft-cover book with fold-out poster.
Part of the 'Appropriate War' series
In this project an in-depth article about Uday Hussein, the son of Saddam, was extricated from Playboy and given an neutral appearance and a new title 'A Boy's Game'. The liberation of the original text from visceral boys 'zine allows for the possibility for a wider readership. The theme of war as being a boy's game is carried though by the insert, a fold-out poster of Iraq's Most Wanted playing cards, and the book jacket illustrations, a death card circa the Vietnam War.
