Weather: Overcast. Location: Behind the West End Building on the Brooklyn College Campus, left of the tennis courts. Description: The item appeared rusted with more paint weathered off- perhaps over 3 months. Tool measures 20′ 6″ in length. It appears to be made of a combination of parts that can all be found in the hardware store: mop pole, duct tape, putty knife and saws-all blades.
